Episode 7. The Escape From Tidaholm Prison

Episode 7.
In April 1976, a nervous Italian is sitting in a café waiting for the clock to strike exactly ten past six. In his backpack, he has a 25-meter rope, a fake passport, warm shoes and a small bottle of whiskey. Soon he will park the car at the church and start walking towards a huge prison wall in Tidaholm, located in a forest in central Sweden. Michele will have only one chance to free his friend on the other side of the wall. It all depends on whether he can throw the rope in the right place at the right time. To succeed, you have to cross barbed wire, climb the wall and pass the “land of nobody”.

Episode 6. Arrested in Stockholm

Episode 6. On the first tour, they made a final stop in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. In the middle of a successful night at the casino, police officers storm in and take them for questioning. After a long night, they are released back onto the street but one of the members is missing.  Why is he still in custody? Will they be able to see him again?

Episode 5. Getting past the face-recognition guard

Episode 5. The second stop on the tour is Vienna, ending at a newly opened casino in the Netherlands. One of the biggest difficulties is getting past the security guard whose job is to recognize and stop unwanted guests. The Pussettists are constantly forced to come up with new ways to get in without being detected. Nino is on all the blacklists and has to resort to ever greater means to sneak in. Sometimes a wheelchair is the only way in.

Episode 4. Learning the Silent Signals in Venice

Episode 4. Nino keeps his word and Michele gets the chance to go on tour as a caller. They meet up in Venice where they enter a stunning casino that impresses with all its splendor. He is thrown into the action straight away. He has to understand the rules and codes of the Pussettists quickly. This was before smartphones, so they have to communicate with fingers and eye contact. The sign to escape quickly (scappa) is three fingers behind the head. It's a signal that something is really wrong and you need to get the hell out of there.

Episode 3. A sure win

Episode 3. Like a flock of wolves they enter the casino. The pussettist push the chips, the disturbers do anything to distract the croupier. The caller is ready to claim the winning bet. They are well coordinated while hunting down the weakest prey.When the croupier announces the french words “Rein ne va plus” (No more bets) they strike without mercy. Each time, a high value bet is found under the pile of chips on the winning number. It’s a sure win.In this episode we get to know about the technique behind the puessette and how it all started.

Episode 2. The First Meeting With the Leader

EPISODE 2. 
Michele arrives in Holland in the 1970s. Amsterdam is then a gathering place for gamblers, robbers, and drug dealers. Different nationalities from the underworld meet at a club run by Italians. At the club, they gamble for large sums of money and trade and buy goods from each other. Much later, when the Dutch have taken over the running of the gambling clubs, Michele meets Nino, the leader of the Pussettists. For the first time, he learns how they trick the Casinos and is offered a place on the team as a "caller".

Episode 1. Fiat 500 To Freedom

EPISODE 1. Michele tells us about Bari and the situation in southern Italy when he was growing up. There was a fight around the clock. He and his friends had to constantly find tricks to amuse themselves without money. He watched his parents struggle with finances in a one-room apartment for 6 people. In the Giardino Umberto park in Bari, they met travelers who told them about a liberated Europe where you could get a job and meet girls without a lot of hassle. Bari was a poor, boring and uninspiring city and a seed of restlessness began to grow. When he heard about what was going on in the rest of Europe, he decided to leave right away.  Before reaching his new life, he ran into trouble with police officers who stopped him in his specially equipped Fiat 500.
